German fork lift safety. It's an older video, but somehow I missed it, body severing and all.

It's hard to say, not speaking german, if this is for real or just a big German joke.  The number and styles of death rival any Saw movie any day.  Seriously.  You won't believe how over the top it goes.  It has to be a joke.
