Facebook Won't be emailing me, according to their email to me

I recently sent a feedback message to Facebook, asking them 2 questions:

1. What is the difference b/w the "Home" link and clicking on my name in the header menu, and
2. Could they add some visual identification to the header menu to give some context to where I am

This was their response (after only 6 hours which, for a site that is likely getting quite a bit of response right now, not too bad)

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We won't be responding to each email, but we encourage you to check back to the Facebook Profiles Preview page for updates. If you have a problem with your account, please visit our Help page (http://www.facebook.com/help.php) where you'll find information about Facebook as well as the answers to many answers of your questions.

Thanks again for writing in.

What does that even mean?  "We won't be responding to each email" is like a kick in the teeth.  We're sending this to you to keep your expectations in check.  Please don't expect more from us than this.  We care, just not that much.

I think they need a copy editor.  Or something.

Also interpreted as, "We don't have the resources to provide customer support. But we've compiled a bunch of Q/A's that may but most likely will not answer your question(s). So good luck with that." Agree they could definitely use some user-feedback for improvement.

Haha, I'll tell my friends at Facebook to get their act together.
